Taryn McNamara - Finance / Accounting Manager
With a diverse business background, Taryn brings her experience as a Financial Analyst, Real Estate Administrative Services Specialist, and Legal Intern to our team. Taryn's unique resume also crosses over into the non-profit sector. Over the past seven years, Taryn has volunteered several thousand hours for the Army as a Unit Treasurer, Casualty Response Team member, and Family Readiness Group Leader. She has received numerous volunteer awards, including the Yellow Rose of Texas Award for her support of the 1st Cavalry Division soldiers and families and was also named the 2016 Volunteer of the Year for the Bastogne Brigade in the 101st Airborne Division.
She graduated from Albion College with a double major in Economics & Management and Spanish and received her Executive MBA from Texas A&M- Commerce.

James Riley - Director of Operations / Creative Director
With a professional career in real estate and management spanning over 30 years, James provides market and inventory expertise, operational expertise, product knowledge, exceptional customer service and the creative force for our projects. Over James' real estate career, he has been involved in over $350 million in transactions. He has been engaged as a special counselor advising clients on use, disposition, management of brokers and providing valuation on difficultly positioned properties for a wide variety of clients inclusive of owners, private investors, national banks, investment funds and for his own personal investments.
He graduated from Michigan State University, holds a Michigan real estate license and is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Travis Riley - President / Managing Member
With a proven track record of over a decade of quality and success within the construction and real estate field, Travis provides the group with the knowledge and dedication to deliver the highest quality product and service. Travis brings over 10 years of practical construction and real estate experience in both the commercial and residential industries. Travis has been responsible for overseeing the construction and management of properties valued in excess of $150 million over the last 10+ years for large institutions, private owners, investors, receivers, attorneys, CPA's, as well as his own ventures. Being an active investor, developer and manager of both commercial and residential properties, Travis understands not only the operational side of the construction process but also how to realize savings for his clients through his own experiences.
He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Real Estate Finance and a concentration in Architecture and Construction Management, is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker and holds his Ohio Real Estate Salespersons license, is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and a licensed Michigan builder.
