Voyager Restaurant - Ferndale, MI

We handled the Landlord work of the Voyager Restaurant in Ferndale, MI.  Our clients space was an unconditioned, 1,500sf garage space with block walls and concrete floors.  Our tasks were inclusive of: bringing water and sewer to the building, upgrading the electric service to 3 phase, framing and drywalling all exterior walls and ceilings, closed cell insulation, installing rooftop HVAC units.

Rockler Woodworking Store - Novi, MI

Our crew worked with a national general contractor to complete the tenant build out of this retail space in Novi, MI.  Our tasks were inclusive of: selective demolition, steel framing, drywall and punch list.

Fifth Third Bank Commercial Portfolio - SE Michigan

From 2009 to 2015, we handled the maintenance, tenant build out, construction management, and general contracting work for Fifth Third Bank's Commercial Real Estate Owned (REO) assets while also handling the brokerage, property and asset management.  Over this time period, our group successfully managed over 75 different projects, with nearly 1,000 total units.  We worked with the Special Assets Group of the Bank from the inception of the group through the end of the last asset the group handled in 2015.  We are very proud to have been the single point of contact for the bank for over 6 years.

Commercial Building Complex - Ferndale, MI

Since 2014, we have worked on a 4 building portfolio totaling approximately 75,000 square feet.  Our crews have handled projects ranging from demolition, office build out, kitchen remodel, roof patching, fence installation, general building maintenance, tiling, drywall, framing and general contracting.

Partially Completed Condos - 7 & 11 Ferrin Place, Mt. Clemens MI

These partially built condo units were approximately 25% complete when our group purchased them.  We completed both condos with high end finishes, established the condo association and managed the condo association until the time we secured buyers for both units.

Entire Home Remodel - Wixom, MI

Our crew was brought in to address a failed shower pan in the master bathroom causing major water damage to the kitchen ceiling below, add 15 much needed recessed lights in both the family and living rooms, repaint the home and completely update a the master bath with custom tile work, custom cabinetry and trim work.

Condemned Apartment Building - 247 North Ave., Mt. Clemens MI

This 6-unit apartment building originally constructed in 1900 was condemned by the City, requiring nearly every mechanical system and surface to be improved or replaced.  We tackled this project and are proud to say the condemnation order was removed and the building has been fully occupied for several years.

Conversion of Bar to Mixed Use - 31-33 N. Saginaw, Pontiac MI

This building was a series of former bars and restaurants, but was abandoned when our group purchased the building.  We brought this building back to life by repurposing it into a mixed use building consisting of office tenants, a large meeting space surrounding the 50 foot long bar, recreating a grotto for secondary meeting space and improving the former kitchen to be suitable for a commercial kitchen tenant.

Partially Completed Condos and Build Sites - 10121-10126 Sunrise, Grand Blanc MI

These 6 units and 60 build sites were part of a broken condo development.  Our group completed the construction, landscaping and formed the condo association prior to selling the units within 90 days of acquiring the project.  The group also repackaged the land and sold it to another builder for immediate development.
