The Owner's struggled with space in this awkward, small main bathroom in a downtown Rochester ranch. We were first brought in to construct a fully enclosed screen porch on an existing elevated cement patio. We have been tackling projects throughout this late 1800's farm house since inclusive of: replacing all facia boards and gutters, spray foaming the crawl spaces, replacing failed windows and a series of water-rotted compromised areas of wall, replacing failed windows and updating the look with black windows and door. A long standing client, we look forward to continuing to improve and update the house.
This original 1980's site condo required significant updates to 3 full bathrooms, the master suite and kitchen as well as updated the railing system, re-sided the entire house and corrected significant drainage issues on the outside of the house. We were able to correct a poor design from when the home was built to create an additional 90 square feet of space in the master suite, significantly improving the master closet. We were able to open up both the master suite and kitchen areas by consulting with our structural engineer to design the proper sized beam to open walls up. We provided the designs and assisted in the material selection with the Owners.
